        The team members from diverse specialized area coordinate in conducting programmes.

  • P.M.Mohan, a rural economist leads the team with his 14 years of experience in natural resources management and biodiversity conservation. He had developed watersheds for more than 1000 acres. He gives consultancy and trainings on various management practices.

  • K.A.Chandra, social worker and educationist trained from Vallafolk School, Sweden in imparting environmental education (mulle school) to the rural children for the past 10 years. She empowers the women through self-help group’s formations, income generation programmes.

  • M.Karuppiah, environmental conservator working in the rural areas for the past 13 years specializing in land development and rainwater harvesting methodologies. He is an expert in nursery raising and have raised more than 7 lakh seedlings of various species and afforested them.

  • K.V.Ramaraj, a biologist cum agriculturist, farms organically and trains the farmers, NGOs, women groups in biodynamic agricultural practices and also in mushroom cultivation. He imparts non-formal education to the rural mass and uplifts the dalit community working for the past 13 years.

  • V.Dakshinamurthy, a doctoral researcher, environmental activist involved in developing proposals and resource materials. Presently working on developing the creative skills of the rural and tribal children. He does specialize in primary health care systems using medicinal plants imparting traditional knowledge.
